My name is Sophie Alvarez.
Welcome to Sophisticated Stories. I created this site so I could have a place to publish all my stories, poems, articles or anything that I am inspired by.
I am currently a junior at NYU, studying Film and Television at Tisch School of the Arts.
I have been writing ever since I could walk, and I love all things books, movies and television.
My dream one day is to become a Showrunner or Creative Producer for Netflix, Hulu or HBO.
I recently self published a book of my poetry and prose called Everything I Should Have Told You. Within its words, you will find stories of strength, heartache, downfalls, and growths. The book is meant to be the inspiration to tell your loved ones everything you should have said to them when you had the chance. Now you get to tell them all over again.
